1. General Refund Principles

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@dotdunia.com.

  • Once a refund is approved, reissued payments will be credited within 7 working days from the date of refund initiation.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise mutually agreed.

A. Website Design & Development

Scenario Refund Eligibility
Before Work Commences Full refund of advance payment (minus payment processing fees, if applicable).
After Work Begins No refund for completed work. Partial refunds may be considered for unused milestones.
Project Cancellation Client liable for all completed work; refund only for uninitiated services.
Delays by Client No refunds for delays caused by late content/feedback.

B. Domain Registration & Hosting

Scenario Refund Eligibility
Domain Registrations Non-refundable (domains are third-party purchases).
Shared Hosting Plans Pro-rated refund within 30 days if service is unused.
Dedicated/VPS Hosting Case-by-case basis (contact support).
Violation of Terms No refund for suspension due to abuse/illegal activity.

C. Digital Products (Themes, Templates, etc.)

Scenario Refund Eligibility
Defective/Damaged Files Full refund or replacement within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Delivery Refund if download link fails (verified by our team).
Change of Mind No refunds (all digital sales are final).

D. SEO & Marketing Services

Scenario Refund Eligibility
Before Campaign Starts Full refund of advance payment.
After Work Begins No refunds (work is non-reversible).
Unsatisfactory Results No refunds (SEO outcomes depend on external factors; no rankings guaranteed).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Custom-developed work (e.g., code, designs) once delivered.

  • Services rendered (e.g., consultations, completed milestones).

  • Third-party costs (e.g., domain fees, licenses, plugins).


4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email info@dotdunia.com with:

    • Order/project number.

    • Detailed reason for the request.

    • Supporting evidence (e.g., defective files).

  2. We’ll respond within 5 business days with a resolution.


5. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal action.

  • Disputes must first be escalated to our support team.
